Terms of Use
Federici Home Solutions LLC provides handyman services, home repairs, painting, drywall, flooring installation, remodeling, and small construction projects in the state of Florida, with a focus on quality, transparency, and efficiency. By requesting a quote or contracting any of our services, you agree to the terms below. Reading and understanding these conditions is mandatory before proceeding with any service. Use of our services implies full acceptance of all terms described herein.
I – Customer Information & Service Requests
To receive a quote or schedule services, the client must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information, including full name, address, phone number, and email. Federici Home Solutions LLC is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.
II – Scope of Services
All services provided will be clearly outlined in a formal estimate or invoice, including scope of work, materials (when included), pricing, and estimated timeline. We do not perform electrical, plumbing, or large-scale structural work without the appropriate licenses and permits.
III – Conduct and Improper Use
The client agrees not to use the services of Federici Home Solutions LLC for any illegal, immoral, or unauthorized purposes under local or federal law.
IV – Materials & Responsibilities
If materials are supplied by the client, they are fully responsible for their selection, quality, and timely delivery to the job site. If materials are included, they will be specified in the quote, including brand, type, and quantity. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party material suppliers.
V – Scheduling, Delays & Access
Services are scheduled based on team availability and project needs. The client must provide safe and unrestricted access to the job site during scheduled work times. Delays caused by client unavailability or site issues may result in rescheduling and additional charges.
VI – Workmanship Warranty
We offer a 90-day workmanship warranty, valid only for defects directly related to the labor performed. The warranty does not cover:
- Improper or abusive use
- Damage caused by third parties
- Lack of maintenance or use of inappropriate cleaning products
VII – Payments
Payment terms will be defined in the proposal or invoice. Accepted methods: Zelle, bank transfer, check, invoice and cash. Projects over $500 require a 50% deposit upon acceptance, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
VIII – Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance incur no fee. Late cancellations or those involving already started services will be charged proportionally for labor and materials acquired. No refunds will be issued for completed services or delivered materials.
IX – Federici Home Solutions LLC Liability
Our responsibility is limited strictly to the services agreed upon. We are not liable for hidden structural damage, outdated wiring, or plumbing issues not disclosed in advance. If any safety or structural concern arises during execution, the project will be paused, and the client will be notified.
X – Media and Portfolio Use
With client consent, we may photograph or record work in progress and completed projects for our portfolio or promotional use. Clients may opt out of this by notifying us in writing.
XI – Project Changes
Any requested changes after the project has started must be submitted in writing. Such changes may affect the overall cost and timeline and must be approved by both parties.

By hiring our services, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to all the terms in this document. All project details, changes, or additional requests must be formalized and approved in writing. In case of legal disputes, the competent jurisdiction will be Orlando, Florida.
